Training with Kimberly

Clinical education for providers who want to practice healthy-aging medicine well.

Kimberly Cunningham teaches nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physicians and nurses how to bring hormone therapy and healthy-aging care into their practices—grounded in evidence, shaped by twenty years of patient care, and honest about the judgment calls the guidelines leave to you.

What Kimberly teaches

From the evidence to the exam room.

Most clinicians were not trained in hormone therapy or healthy-aging medicine. Kimberly’s teaching fills that gap with the practical questions: who is a candidate, how to work up, how to dose and monitor, and how to talk to patients about expectations.

Hormone therapy in practice

Integrating hormone replacement therapy into a primary-care, women’s-health or wellness practice responsibly—workup, candidacy, dosing, monitoring and follow-up.

Healthy-aging medicine

A framework for evaluating adults over forty that connects hormones, metabolic health, sleep, strength and sexual health rather than treating each in isolation.

Translating evidence

How to read the hormone and longevity literature critically, where Western and European guidelines differ, and how to explain uncertainty to patients.

Lessons from the clinic

What two decades of patients—and founding Cunningham Clinic—taught Kimberly about conservative care, longer visits and avoiding the mistakes she sees most often.

Teaching background

An educator by training and by habit.

Kimberly already teaches other providers in several settings. Her formal training program will build on that experience rather than start from scratch.
