A point of view
Healthy aging means adding life to your years, not just years to your life.
Kimberly’s approach is simple to state and demanding to practice: understand what is actually happening in your body, address it with the best available evidence, and measure whether it worked. Three ideas run through everything she teaches.
Measure, don’t guess.
Fatigue, weight change, low libido and poor sleep are symptoms, not diagnoses. Good decisions start with good data—lab work, history and an honest conversation.
Hormones matter. They are not the whole story.
Hormone therapy can be a powerful tool for the right person at the right time. It works best alongside sleep, strength, nutrition, metabolic health and relationships.
Quality of life is the outcome.
A longer life is only worth pursuing if it is a good one. Energy, mobility, intimacy and clear thinking are the measures that matter at every age.
Meet Kimberly
A clinician who has been the patient.
Kimberly spent over two decades in emergency departments, hospitals and internal medicine before a life-changing injury left her immobile for years. Her own recovery—which included hormone replacement therapy—reshaped how she practices. She founded Cunningham Clinic in Colorado, wrote a book about health after forty, and now teaches other providers what she learned the hard way.
