Cookie Notice

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This notice explains what cookies and similar technologies kimberlycunningham.com (the “Site”) uses, why, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Some are essential for a site to work; others remember preferences or measure how a site is used. “Session” cookies are deleted when you close your browser; “persistent” cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels.

2. Cookies this Site uses

The Site currently uses only essential and functional cookies.

  • WordPress cookies — set only for people who log in to manage the Site (authentication and session cookies) and, for ordinary visitors, a small test cookie that checks whether your browser accepts cookies. Session only.
  • Form cookies — our forms (Elementor) may set a short-lived cookie or local-storage value to protect against spam and to show you the right confirmation message after you submit. Session only.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social-media tracking pixels or third-party analytics cookies.

3. Third-party content

  • Google Fonts — the Site’s typefaces load from Google’s servers. This does not set a cookie, but your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. Google’s privacy policy applies.
  • YouTube videos — when we embed videos, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect viewing data once you press play. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed mode where possible, which delays cookies until you interact with the video.
  • Links to other sites — Amazon, Cunningham Clinic and other linked sites set their own cookies under their own policies once you leave this Site.

4. If we add analytics or marketing tools

If we add website analytics, an email-marketing pixel or any non-essential cookie in the future, we will update this notice first and, where the law requires it, show a consent banner that lets you accept or decline those cookies before they are set.

5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings (look for “Privacy” or “Site data”). Blocking essential cookies may stop forms from working. Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Instructions for common browsers are available from their makers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
