Medical Disclaimer

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Everything on kimberlycunningham.com — pages, videos, emails, quoted passages from Great Sex Never Gets Old, and the content of Kimberly Cunningham’s talks, interviews and provider training (together, the “Content”) — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Please read this disclaimer carefully.

1. The Content is not medical advice

The Content is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a licensed healthcare provider who knows your medical history. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read or watched here.

2. No provider–patient relationship

Reading this Site, subscribing to emails, sending a message, attending a talk or watching a video does not create a provider–patient relationship with Kimberly Cunningham. Kimberly is a nurse practitioner licensed in Colorado who provides clinical care only to established patients of Cunningham Clinic, after an in-person or telehealth evaluation, laboratory work-up and consultation. Information about becoming a patient is available at cunninghamclinic.com.

3. Hormone therapy and other treatments

The Content discusses hormone replacement therapy, testosterone, peptides, supplements, aesthetic treatments and other interventions. These treatments are not appropriate for everyone. Each carries risks and benefits that depend on an individual’s age, medical history, family history, laboratory results and goals, and each requires individualized evaluation, prescription, dosing and ongoing monitoring by a licensed clinician. Nothing on this Site recommends that you start, stop or change any medication, hormone, supplement or treatment. Please make those decisions with your own clinician.

4. Individual results vary

Kimberly’s own health story, and any examples or experiences described in the Content, reflect individual circumstances. They are not a promise or prediction of what any treatment will do for you. No outcome is guaranteed.

5. Emergencies

This Site is not monitored for urgent messages. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 (in the United States) or your local emergency number immediately. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) in the United States.

6. Personal and professional opinions

The Content reflects Kimberly Cunningham’s professional opinions, clinical experience and reading of the evidence. It does not represent the views of the University of Colorado, Regis University, Biote Medical, Allergan Medical Institute, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, any professional association or any other organization with which she is affiliated.

7. Accuracy and currency

Medical evidence and clinical guidelines change. We try to keep the Content accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or up to date, and we may revise or remove Content at any time. Check publication dates, and confirm anything important with your clinician or a primary source.

8. Third-party content and links

The Site links to Amazon, to Cunningham Clinic, to podcasts and media outlets and to other third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

9. The book, videos and events

Great Sex Never Gets Old: Health, Hormones, and Having It All After Forty, Kimberly’s educational videos, and her speaking engagements, podcast appearances and provider training are all educational. The same limitations in this disclaimer apply to them. Provider training is professional education and is not accredited for continuing-education credit unless a specific program expressly says so.
